NEW ORLEANS – A St. Charles Parish company claims it was not paid for services provided to a Metairie corporation.
Doctor Pipe Inc. filed a suit against 1050 Annunciation Street Development Group LLC, also known as 1050 Annunciation Development Group LLC, in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 23.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was hired to complete plumbing work for the RD Boutique Apartments, however, it was denied access to the site and then not paid for the work it performed.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Martha J. Griset of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
