GRETNA – A mortgage corporation is suing a promissory note customer, alleging she owes more than $244,000.
PHH Mortgage Corporation filed a suit Dec. 6 against Arlene Turner Magee, also known as Arlene T. Magee, Arlene Magee, Arlene Turner, Arlene Turner Bolden, Arlene T. Bolden and Arlene Bolden in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to fulfill payment.
According to the claim, PHH Mortgage is holder of certain documents, including promissory notes. The suit states it has not received payment from Magee for $244,953.33.
PHH Mortgage seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys from Shapiro & Daigrepont in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
