Mortgage company alleges promissory note customer owes more than $75,000

GRETNA – A mortgage association is suing a customer, alleging damages for an unpaid promissory note.

Federal National Mortgage Association filed a suit Dec. 6 against Carolyn Disalvo in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.

According to the claim, Federal National is the holder of a promissory note issued by Disalvo. The suit stats Disalvo owes the plaintiff $75,749.22.

Federal National Mortgage seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Fred J. Daigle of Graham, Arceneaux and Allen LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767149.
