Jefferson Parish property owner allegedly failed to pay mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed-Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-M2 filed a suit against Brandy Dionne McAfee, also known as Brandy D. McAfee, also known as Brandy McAfee in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note that was issued by the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the mortgage for a property in Jefferson Parish.

The defendant is accused of failure to pay off the note.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
