Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit Dec. 18 against Chris P. Restivo in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account 

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Restivo. The suit states he made $2,339.76 in charges to the card and has not paid off the balance.

Capital One Bank seeks all sums due, court costs and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767523.
