Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a Jefferson Parish credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $4,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit Dec. 16 against Kelly A. Roser in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Roser and the defendant owes $4,091.57.

Capital One Bank seeks all sums owed and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767525.
