Petroleum business alleges unjust enrichment

NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish petroleum business is suing multiple defendants, alleging unjust enrichment.

Brothers Petroleum LLC filed a suit Dec. 21 against Wagners Chef LLC, Jadallah Enterprises LLC, Ahmed 1 LLC, Empire Express LLC, Wagner World LLC and First NBC Bank in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging unfair trade practices and unjust enrichment.

According to the claim, First NBC Bank entered into a leasing agreement with Jadallah Enterprises concerning the property at 4301 Louisa St., New Orleans. The suit states the actions of the defendants caused monetary damages to the plaintiff, which were known of and should have been avoided.

Brothers Petroleum seeks trial by jury, all reasonable damages, attorney fees, costs and expenses. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph V. Dirosa Jr. of Metairie

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 16-12416.
