Iberia Bank alleges customer owes more than $24,000

NEW ORLEANS – Iberia Bank is suing an Iberia Parish man, alleging he owes more than $24,000.

Iberia Bank filed a lawsuit Sept. 19 against Henry Lee Dogay in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay. 

According to the claim, Dogay has failed to pay $24,264,17 to the defendant.

Iberia Bank seeks the $24,264.17, plus interest. It is represented by attorney Kreig A. Breaux of Landry, Watkins, Rapaske and Breaux in New Iberia.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 16-9550.
