NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for a student's alleged unpaid fees of more than $2,800.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System, through Baton Rouge Community College, filed a suit Dec. 7 against Jesse Joseph Johnson in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is owed $2,840 from Johnson.
The plaintiff seeks the $2,840, plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Rokeya J. Morris.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
