NEW ORLEANS – A Kenner establishment is accused of  broadcasting a sports match without paying for a license.

Joe Hand Promotions Inc. of Feasterville, Pennsylvania filed a complaint on Dec. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against DML LLC, doing business as Dave Liuzza's Sports Bar and Liuzza's Sports Bar, and David M.
