GRETNA – A couple is suing a debtor, alleging failure to pay more than $250,000.
James S. Hotard Jr. and Jane H. Hotard filed a suit Jan. 13 against Thomas A. Gennusa III and Tag Homes Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay the plaintiffs.
According to the claim, Gennusa and Tag Homes are indebted to the Hotards for $254,810.81. The suit states despite the plaintiffs' amicable demands, the defendants have failed to make the payment.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Vallerie Oxner in Metairie.
