GRETNA – American Express is seeking damages on an open account.
American Express Centurion Bank filed against Joseph Blanchard in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant who is a resident of Jefferson Parish. The suit states that the defendant has used the card to make $14,425.22 in charges and has failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Olivier of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Mandeville.
