GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for a Gretna resident's open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit Feb. 1 against Lynn M. Ward in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a Discover Card. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance of the credit card which totaled $16,942.01.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley of Peter S. Thriffily, A Professional Law Corporation in Edmond, Oklahoma.
