Discover Bank alleges credit card customer owes more than $6,000

GRETNA – Discover Bank is suing a credit card customer, seeking more than $6,000.

Discover Bank filed a suit Feb. 1 against Irma M. Anthony in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account and sums due.

According to the claim, Discover issued Anthony a credit card that was used to make a number of purchases and charges. The suit states Anthony has failed to pay off the balance of the card for $6,460.07.

Discover Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley of Peter S. Thriffiley, a Professional Law Corporation in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768771.
