NEW ORLEANS – A bank is suing promissory note customers, seeking more than $2 million.
Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a lawsuit Feb. 6 against Graham Packard LLC and Ice Ice Living LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, Gulf Coast Bank is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $1 million. The suit states Graham Packard and Ice Ice Living had agreed to make regular payments on the balance of the note but has failed to do so and is still indebted to the plaintiff for $2,306,961.96, plus interest and late charges.
Gulf Coast Bank seeks all sums owed, reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Wayne A. Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
