NEW ORLEANS – A financial firm is suing a dentist, alleging he owes more than $29,000.
National Funding Inc., filed a lawsuit Feb. 9 against Laurence T. Norton III D.D.S. (a dental corporation), doing business as Laurence T. Norton III D.D.S., a Louisiana corporation, and Laurence Norton III in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failing to pay off sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff seeks payment of $29,113 plus attorney fees and interest.
National Funding seeks all money owed, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney C. Byron Berry Jr. of Montgomery Barnett LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
