Wells Fargo seeks mortgage payment of more than $180,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank is suing a mortgage customer, alleging he owes more than $180,000.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a suit Feb. 13 against Charles Patrick McGehee in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failing to pay sums due.

According to the claim, Wells Fargo is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $202,000 and payable to Eustis Mortgage Corporation. The suit states McGehee has failed to pay off the balance as agreed to originally and is still indebted to the plaintiff for $180,644.99, plus interest.

Well Fargo Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768997.
