GRETNA – A credit union is seeking damages for sums due.
The Partnership FCU filed a suit Feb. 10 against William R. Wade of Metairie in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging money due.
According to the claim, the defendant has become indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $16,029.42. Despite demands from the plaintiff, the suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by W. Simmons Sandoz of the Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
