NEW ORLEANS – A construction company is suing a customer, alleging it owes $7,000.
Sed Services Inc., filed a lawsuit Feb. 15 against Reginald Walker, doing business as CDW Services, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, Sed Services, a business in New Orleans, provided construction services to CDW. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the owed amount of $7,000.
Sed Services seeks all money owed, damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Peter T. Dudley of Pierce & Shows APLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
