GRETNA – A surgical center is suing a patient, alleging he owes more than $47,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit Feb. 24 against Michael L. Levy in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Crescent City Surgical issued medical services to Levy on Dec. 4, 2014, and Dec. 10, 2014. The suit states the services equaled a value of $47,764.30, but Levy has failed to pay back the plaintiff.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
