Funding business alleges customer owes more than $1,200

GRETNA – A funding business is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $1,200 in unpaid balances.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 24 against Brent Brouillette of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Brouillette accumulated a balance of $1,238.99 on his Visa account and has failed to pay back the plaintiff. 

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michal L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769441.
