Food service company alleges customer owes more than $50,000

NEW ORLEANS – A food service company is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $50,000.

Doerle Food Services LLC filed a lawsuit Feb. 16 against Scott Conley, as guarantor, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging open account and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Doerle Food Services provided services to Conley from September-December 2016. The suit states O'Henry Food & Spirits, Veterans Boulevard, is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $33,559.49. The suit additionally states O'Henry's Food and Spirits, Carrolton Avenue, is indebted to the plaintiff for services from October-December 2016 for the balance of $18,633.42. The amount owed by Conley totals $52,192.91.

Doerle Food Services seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorneys J. Konrad Jackson, Robert G. Jackson, Ronald J. Savoie, Daniel W. Dilzell and William P. Worsley of Jackson & Jackson PLC New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
