Lawsuit filed over overdue credit card balance

GRETNA – A Colorado-based lender is seeking damages for an unpaid credit card balance.

Cach LLC filed a suit March 16 against Chris Henneman, doing business as Henneman Design, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the credit card, which is listed as $36,664.91.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of the Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770008.
