GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account stemming from a credit card debt.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit March 14 against Jennifer Twilbeck in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The defendant failed to pay off the balance of the card and still owes the plaintiff $2,194.22, the complaint said.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay back the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
