GRETNA – A financial company is seeking to recover a consumer debt of more than $3,000.
Cach LLC filed a suit March 20 against Donna Rourke of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant was issued a loan by WebBank and has failed to pay off the balance accumulated of $3,686.68.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the balance owed.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
