GRETNA – A Colorado lender is seeking sums due.
Cach LLC filed a suit March 20 against John J. Virga of Metairie in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an outstanding debt.
According to the claim, the defendant was issued a consumer loan for by WebBank and failed to pay off the balance of $13,272.97.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
