GRETNA – A company is seeking $30,000 for an open account.
The Demo Diva LLC filed a suit March 24 against Panterra Development Ltd. LLP, doing business as Panterra Construction, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff provided the defendant with work at a Jefferson Parish property and was never paid. The plaintiff is still owed the balance of $30,000 from the defendant.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mark C. Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
