Gretna resident allegedly owes over $2,000 on Sears card

GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due on a Sears account.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 27 against Sounisa Sengsiri of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a Sears account card that the defendant has failed to pay off for the balance of $2,484.27.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, Michael L. Lancaster and April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770407.
