Capital One alleges Jefferson Parish resident failed to pay over $2,000 on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit March 28 against Raj Tandon of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The defendant used the card to make $2,282.81 in purchases and has failed to pay the plaintiff for the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770254.
