GRETNA – A broker is seeking more than $20,000.
Credit Brokers LLC filed a suit April 5 against BRC Construction Group LLC and Bryant Carter in Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into a sale agreement and were required to pay a sum to the plaintiff. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $21,252 plus interest, fees and attorneys' fees.
The defendant is accused of sums due against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, Michael L. Lancaster and April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee. V. Faulkner Jr.
