GRETNA – A finance company is seeking damages for sums due.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a suit April 4 against Julie English of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued funding to the defendant for a 2012 Kia Optima. The defendant allegedly failed to pay off the balance accumulated, and the plaintiff is seeking payment of $22,269.26.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the amount owed.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
