Ally Financial claims Jefferson Parish man failed to make all payments on GMC Yukon

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for sums due.

Ally Financial Inc. filed a suit April 6 against Richard T. Hague Jr. of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff, assignee of Crown Buick GMC Inc., issued a retail installment contract to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to keep up with the payments for a 2012 GMC Yukon and is indebted to the plaintiff for $29,280.89 plus costs.

The defendant is accused of failing to keep up with the payment.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III, Warren W. Wingerter Jr., and Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III, A Professional Law Corp. in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
