GRETNA – Midland Funding LLC is seeking damages for an unpaid account.
Midland Funding filed a suit April 7 against Amber Crawford in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a balance accumulated on the defendant's Best Buy account. The defendant allegedly owes $1,311.37 plus interest and fees.
