Jefferson Parish man allegedly owes over $20,000 on Web Bank loan

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking over $20,000 on a consumer loan.

Cach LLC filed a suit April 7 against Christopher Alombro of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for sums due on a loan issued by Web Bank. The suit states that the defendant accumulated a of $23,767.39 and has failed to pay if off.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770814.
