GRETNA – A financial company is seeking payment of an overdue sum.
Cach LLC filed a suit April 7 against Dewayne D. Marsalis of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an account that the defendant has failed to pay off. The defendant allegedly failed to pay the balance of $4,063.61 plus interest and fees for a consumer loan issued by WebBank.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.
