Innovative Logistics Support Services alleges employee never returned computer

NEW ORLEANS – A logistics company is seeking damages after an employee failed to return a computer.

Innovative Logistics Support Services Corp. filed a lawsuit April 5 against Tracey D. Hilborn in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff employed by the defendant, which provided her with a Dell computer on April 13, 2015. The suit states that the defendant was asked on June 20, 2016, to return the computer but failed to do so.

The defendant is accused of failing to return the property that did not belong to her and failing to fulfill contract terms.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Daya Naef in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
