Bourbon Street Trading allegedly owes over $26,000 on Wells Fargo account

GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an open account.

Cach LLC filed a suit April 7 against Bourbon Street Trading Co. Inc. and Edward A. Moises in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking funds due from the defendant's credit account with Wells Fargo Bank. The suit states that the defendant owes a balance of $26,988.47 plus fees and interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
