Crescent City Surgical Centre alleges patient failed to pay for medical services

GRETNA – A surgical company is seeking damages for an open account.

Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit April 10 against Theresa Lewis in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $47,570.49 plus interest. The plaintiff delivered medical services to the plaintiff on April 20, 2016, and was never payed.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770895.
