NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages, claiming that he fell over 15 feet at a construction site.
Daniel Harris filed a lawsuit April 6 against Boh Bros Construction Co. LLC and ABC Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff a resident of Orleans Parish, was walking home on April 9, 2016, when he was caused to fall 15 feet to 20 feet at a construction site.
The defendant is accused of negligence through failing to warn of the danger, failing to make the site difficult to access and overall negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jason F. Giles, Justin Reese of The King Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
