J&J Commercial Food Equipment alleges Triple B's Cajun Catering failed to pay for services

NEW ORLEANS – A food equipment company is seeking damages for a breach of contract.

Farrel A. Prince, doing business as J&J Commercial Food Equipment LLC, filed a lawsuit April 18 against Triple B's Cajun Catering and E. Anthony Rodi Jr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant for the value of $2,377.35, but the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for the services delivered.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to pay the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph B. Harvin of The Harvin Law Firm APLC in Slidell.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
