GRETNA – A financial company is seeking over $10,000.
Calvary SPV LLC, as asignee of Exeter Finance Corp., filed a suit April 20 against Jason L. Hardin and Heather Hays of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the balance of $10,076.48 plus interest, claiming that the defendants failed to pay on a retail installment contract for a vehicle, which was repossessed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III A Professional Law Corporation in Metairie.
