GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $1,000 from a Terrytown resident.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit April 21 against Aracely Wysoczan in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a balance held on a bank card from Credit OneBank. The suit states that the defendant owes a balance of $1,136.29.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
