New Orleans Redevelopment Authority claims Orleans Parish man breached contract

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans Redevelopment Authority is seeking damages for breach of contract.

New Orleans Redevelopment Authority filed a lawsuit April 18 against Jean Edward Ambeau in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming the defendant, who purchased the home located at 2444 Prentiss Ave., New Orleans, failed to keep up with the terms of the agreement and did not make the improvements stated in the contract.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Victoria Hines of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
