Orleans Parish resident allegedly owes over $5,000 on line of credit

NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is seeking damages for sums due.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit April 20 against Afshin A. Babadi of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a line of credit.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid line of credit issued by First National Bank of Omaha with the balance of $5,284.10. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the balance off.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
