GRETNA – American Express seeks payment of an open account.
American Express Bank FSB, filed a suit May 1 against Jennifer Laurent in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a balance on an account for $8,266.52. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off any of the balance due.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
