Capital One claims Jefferson Parish resident has open account with balance over $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account of more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit April 27 against Kevin M. Bel of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $2,359.58.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off a credit card.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771486.
