Jefferson Parish man, Randazzle Properties accused of failing to pay for completed work

GRETNA – A North Carolina man is seeking damages for work that he was allegedly never paid for.

William Daniel Murphy filed a suit April 26 against Randall Boudreaux of Jefferson Parish and Randazzle Properties LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement on May 22, 2015, for the renovation of a property at 513-515 South Pierce St., New Orleans. The suit states that the plaintiff fulfilled his portion of the agreement but the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff the amount owed. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $37,533.74.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Roy M. Bowes and Joshua P. Matthews of Roy M. Boyes & Associates in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771463.
