GRETNA – A contracting company is seeking $30,000 for sums due.
120 West Partners LLC filed a suit May 9 against Mildred Martin of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was contracted to complete work following Hurricane Katrina. The suit states that the defendant has breached the contract by failing to pay the plaintiff for the work completed.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due for the balance of $30,000.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
