GRETNA — A funding company claims that a man never paid off his Sam's account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 9 against Billy Cao in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a Sam's account for $1,592.08.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
