Capital One accuses Jefferson Parish resident of having an open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit May 8 against Jessie I. Heavener of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $3,199.46.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
